Payment Methods

NaturaleBio currently accepts the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. We are working to make the service more and more complete, for example by adding the possibility of cash on delivery.

Credit card payment on NaturaleBio

Credit card

  • Secure payment via Stripe

Once the payment has been made, the amount will be debited from the customer's credit card account. If for some reason we have to cancel part or all of the order, we will refund the corresponding amount within 5 working days. NaturaleBio does not save the customer's credit card data.

PayPal payment on NaturaleBio

  • Immediate payment

If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your email and password and confirm the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can pay using your credit / prepaid card or postepay, as an unregistered PayPal user. Or sign up for PayPal.

  • Payment by bank transfer

You can pay for your purchases on NaturaleBio by bank transfer, indicating the date and order number shown in the confirmation email in the reason for payment.
