Every lot of our Manuka Honey is individually tested by accredited laboratories.
This is in order to certify the classification of methylglyoxal, the active ingredient whose concentration indicates the level of the antibacterial and beneficial effect of the honey itself. The test results are published on our website to guarantee an authentic and high quality product, just as indicated on the label.
