What are the accepted payment methods?

At the moment it is possible to pay with PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay using your credit / prepaid card, as an unregistered PayPal user: in this case, simply select the type of card, fill in the necessary data (the same required for payment by credit card) and confirm the payment.

When you choose to pay by bank transfer, you must wait for the actual crediting of the sum (from 3 to 5 days). Once the credit of the transfer has been verified, we will prepare and ship your order.

Is it possible to order an unavailable product?

At the moment it is not possible to pre-order out of stock products. Contact us at 800.180766 or write us an email to ask to be notified when the product you want will be available for purchase again.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the geographical area from which the order comes and the type of shipment. We ship through the best couriers to ensure safety and punctuality.

Is it possible to change an order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order that has already been completed. Contact us at 800.180766 or write us an email. If it is not yet in progress at the warehouse we can cancel it to allow you to place a new order with the products you want.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled until they are taken over by the warehouse, contact us at 800.180766 or write us an email to ask if it is still possible.

If the cancellation of the package is no longer possible, you can refuse it and activate the procedure of Returns and Refunds.

Can I change the shipping address?

It is possible to change the shipping address as long as the order has not yet been processed.

Contact us at 800.180766 or write us an email indicating the new address and order of reference, so we can check if it is still possible to change the address. If the order has already been prepared or shipped, you can still contact the local courier office to communicate the new address directly to the carrier.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is entrusted to the courier we will send you an email with the tracking code.

The code will always be available also in your NaturaleBio account, in the Orders section.

When will my order be shipped?

If your order was placed on a working day before 1pm it will be shipped the same day. If, on the other hand, it was entered after 1pm or on a public holiday, it is necessary to wait until the next working day.

When will my order be delivered?

We ship through the best couriers to ensure safety and speed. Depending on the geographical area, from the time of shipment, we can guarantee delivery within a few days.

What can i do if my order is in stock?

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you can contact us directly at 800.180766 or write us an email.

How does the return of the products work?

The cost of shipping for the return is charged to the customer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send an email containing the order number, prepare the product, carefully packed in its original packaging including the internal protections, and send it to:

Once the goods have been received and the integrity of the products has been verified, we will issue a refund. The reimbursement will be agreed with you, and may take place either by issuing a credit of the same amount to be spent on or by returning the money with the same payment method used to place the order.

Where can I check the expiry date of the products?
