Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, starting from the day after the product is delivered.
Exclusions for Supplements and Food Products: This right does not apply to perishable goods or sealed products for hygiene or health protection reasons. Food products cannot be returned once delivered.
Order Cancellation Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel an order before delivery, please contact us at help@naturalebio.com.
If the product has already been shipped, please refuse the delivery. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a supplement or food product is damaged or defective upon arrival, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. It is important to promptly report such issues to our customer service team at help@naturalebio.com.
